Sawyer Fredericks

Tuesday, June 23 @ 7:30PMTue, Jun 23 @ 7:30PM

Mainstage Theatre, 216 Union Street, Seattle

Sawyer Fredericks is an Americana singer-songwriter from a small farm in upstate New York, known for his emotive vocals, thoughtful lyrics, and raw, roots-driven sound. He gained national recognition at 16 when he won Season 8 of The Voice, captivating audiences with his soulful performances. Following his major label debut A Good Storm with Republic Records, Sawyer embraced an independent path, releasing Hide Your Ghost and Flowers For You, both of which showcased his artistic growth and earned critical acclaim. Two tracks from Flowers For You—“Born” and “Amen”—won top honors at the Independent Music Awards, while “Born” received national airplay on SiriusXM and was featured in Amazon Music’s folk playlists.

Fredericks continues to evolve as an artist, blending folk, rock, and blues influences to create music that is authentic. He’s been featured in People Magazine, American Songwriter, and Billboard, and has showcased at Folk Alliance, SxSW, Americana Fest and BMI Island Hopper Songwriter Fest. On Earth Day 2025, Sawyer released his folk rock album, No Need To Wonder, that explores themes of home, environmental responsibility and social change. His fourth independent album reflects his deep connection to nature and personal storytelling.

Whether performing solo or with his band, Sawyer remains committed to creating music that resonates deeply with listeners.

“Fredericks has put on full display his talents, from songwriting to singing and a command of his instrument that continues to grow.” – The Daily Gazette

“I’m convinced he would’ve had a place in The Band if they ever needed a distinctive rural voice.” – Americana Highways

Mama Tits “Side Effects May Vary”

Mama Tits “Side Effects May Vary”

Thursday, June 25 @ 7:30PMThu, Jun 25 @ 7:30PM

Mainstage Theatre, 216 Union Street, Seattle

Mama Tits was supposed to be writing a completely different show.

A light, sparkly, triumphant celebration of transformation the happy ending after the hard part. But life took one look at her outline and said, “Cute… but absolutely not.”

What happened next sent her down a wildly unexpected path — full of doctors, diagnoses, heartbreak, love, stitches, surprises, door-slamming clarity, hormone evictions, and the kind of dark humor only a bitch fighting for her life can get away with. Suddenly, the show she planned was gone… and the show she NEEDED to make burst through the door wearing combat boots.

SIDE EFFECTS MAY VARY is the result: a cabaret that’s too honest, too funny, too emotional, and too damn real to summarize. It’s the kind of show you don’t read about — you experience it. With powerhouse vocals, musical magic from Diego Guerrero, and Mama’s trademark blend of filth, wit, and inappropriate survival wisdom, this is not the show she planned…it’s the show life demanded.

Come witness what happens when the universe rewrites the script and Mama Tits performs the hell out of it anyway.
